274.43 - RELINQUISHING FUNDS.

        274.43  RELINQUISHING FUNDS.
         The officers of the altered district shall relinquish to the
      proper officers of such adjoining district or districts all funds,
      claims for taxes, credits, and such other personal property in such a
      manner as the director of the department of education shall direct,
      which said funds, credits, and personal property shall become the
      property of such adjoining district or districts as enlarged, to be
      used as the boards of directors of such districts may direct.
