274.38 - STUDY OF BOUNDARY CHANGES REQUESTED.

        274.38  STUDY OF BOUNDARY CHANGES REQUESTED.
         Any school board may request a study and recommendations of the
      department of education relative to the adjustment of boundary lines
      and the recommendations of the department of education shall be
      submitted to those districts involved within sixty days after the
      request for such study and recommendations is made but such
      recommendations shall be advisory only and shall not be binding on
      the local districts.
