262.28 - APPROPRIATIONS -- MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS.

        262.28  APPROPRIATIONS -- MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS.
         All appropriations made payable annually to each of the
      institutions under the control of the board of regents shall be paid
      in twelve equal monthly installments on the last day of each month on
      order of said board.
