261F.10 - STUDENT LENDING EDUCATION FUND.

        261F.10  STUDENT LENDING EDUCATION FUND.
         1.  There is established in the state treasury a student lending
      education fund.
         2.  The fund shall consist of all revenues generated pursuant to
      section 261F.8 and all other moneys credited or transferred to the
      fund from any other fund or source pursuant to law.
         3.  Moneys in the fund shall be made available to the attorney
      general for the purpose of enforcing this chapter.
