258.12 - CUSTODIAN OF FUNDS -- REPORTS.

        258.12  CUSTODIAN OF FUNDS -- REPORTS.
         The treasurer of state shall be custodian of the funds paid to the
      state from the appropriations made under said Act of Congress, and
      shall disburse the same on vouchers audited as provided by law.  The
      treasurer of state shall report the receipts and disbursements of
      said funds to the general assembly at each biennial session.
