257B.8 SALE OF LANDS BID IN. When lands have been sold and bid in by the state in behalf of the permanent school fund upon a judgment in favor of the fund, the land may be sold in the same manner as other school lands, and when lands have been conveyed to the counties in which they are situated for the use of the permanent school fund, instead of to the state, the conveyance is valid and binding, and upon proper certificates of sales patents shall issue in the same manner as if the conveyances had been properly made to the state.Section History: Early Form
