256.4 - OATH -- VACANCIES.

        256.4  OATH -- VACANCIES.
         The members of the state board shall qualify by taking the regular
      oath of office as prescribed by law for state officers.  Vacancies in
      the voting membership shall be filled in the same manner in which
      regular appointments are required to be made.
