252.17 SETTLEMENT CONTINUES.
A legal settlement once acquired shall so remain until such person
has removed from this state for more than one year or has acquired a

Exception for blind persons who acquired legal settlement in this
state on or after July 1, 1994, and prior to May 1, 1995; see 95
