237.11 - PENALTY.

        237.11  PENALTY.
         An individual or an agency who provides child foster care without
      obtaining a license under this chapter or who knowingly violates this
      chapter or the rules promulgated pursuant to this chapter is guilty
      of a serious misdemeanor.
