233A.17 - COST OF CARE.

        233A.17  COST OF CARE.
         If a child receives unearned income, the department shall reserve
      a portion of the unearned income for the use of the child as a
      personal allowance and apply the remaining portion to the cost of the
      child's custody, care, and maintenance provided pursuant to this
      chapter.
