231E.9 - FEES -- APPROPRIATED.

        231E.9  FEES -- APPROPRIATED.
         Fees received by the state office and by local offices for
      services provided as state or local substitute decision maker shall
      be deposited in the general fund of the state and the amounts
      received are appropriated to the department for the purposes of
      administering this chapter.
