231D.15 - FIRE AND SAFETY STANDARDS.

        231D.15  FIRE AND SAFETY STANDARDS.
         The state fire marshal shall adopt rules, in coordination with the
      department, relating to the certification and monitoring of the fire
      and safety standards of adult day services programs.
