231.31 - STATE PLAN ON AGING.

        231.31  STATE PLAN ON AGING.
         The department on aging shall develop, and submit to the
      commission on aging for approval, a multiyear state plan on aging.
      The state plan on aging shall meet all applicable federal
      requirements.
