230A.8 DUTIES OF SECRETARY. 1. The secretary shall report to the county auditor and treasurer the names of the chairperson, secretary and treasurer of the community mental health center board of trustees as soon as practicable after each has qualified. 2. The secretary shall keep a complete record of all proceedings of the board of trustees. 3. The secretary shall draw warrants on the funds of the center, which shall be countersigned by the chairperson of the board of trustees, after claims are certified by the board. 4. The secretary shall file with the board of trustees, on or before the tenth day of each month, a complete statement of all receipts and disbursements from the center's funds during the preceding month and the balance remaining on hand at the close of the month.Section History: Early Form
