        229.36  LIMITATION ON PROCEEDINGS.
         The proceeding authorized in sections 229.31 to 229.35, inclusive,
      shall not be had more often than once in six months regarding the
      same person; nor regarding any patient within six months after the
      patient's admission to the hospital.
