        226.9  CUSTODY OF PATIENT.
         The superintendent, upon the receipt of a duly executed order of
      admission of a patient into the hospital for persons with mental
      illness, pursuant to section 229.13, shall take such patient into
      custody and restrain the patient as provided by law and the rules of
      the administrator, without liability on the part of such
      superintendent and all other officers of the hospital to prosecution
      of any kind on account thereof, but no person shall be detained in
      the hospital who is found by the superintendent to be in good mental
      health.
