222.90 - SUPERINTENDENT.

        222.90  SUPERINTENDENT.
         The director shall appoint a qualified superintendent of the
      special unit.  The superintendent shall employ all staff personnel to
      be assigned specifically to the special unit, and shall have the same
      duties with respect to the special unit as are imposed upon
      superintendents of resource centers by section 222.4.
