218.96 - GIFTS, GRANTS AND DEVISES.

        218.96  GIFTS, GRANTS AND DEVISES.
         The director of the department of human services is authorized to
      accept gifts, grants, devises or bequests of real or personal
      property from the federal government or any source.  The director may
      exercise such powers with reference to the property so accepted as
      may be deemed essential to its preservation and the purposes for
      which given, devised or bequeathed.
