218.69 PERMANENT RECORD. A complete permanent record of the money transmitted to the treasurer of state under section 218.68, showing by whom and with whom it was left, its amount, the date of the death of the owner, the owner's reputed place of residence before the owner became a resident of the institution, the date on which it was transmitted to the state treasurer, and any other facts which may tend to identify the intestate and explain the case, shall be kept by the superintendent of the institution or business manager, as the case may be, and a transcript of the record shall be sent to, and kept by, the treasurer of state.Section History: Early Form
