218.57 - COMBINING APPROPRIATIONS.

        218.57  COMBINING APPROPRIATIONS.
         The director of the department of administrative services may
      combine the balances carried in all specific appropriations into a
      special account for each institution under the control of a
      particular administrator, except that the support fund for each
      institution shall be carried as a separate account.
