218.55 - PURCHASE FROM AN INSTITUTION.

        218.55  PURCHASE FROM AN INSTITUTION.
         An administrator may purchase supplies of any institution under
      the administrator's control, for use in any other institution under
      the administrator's control, and reasonable payment for the supplies
      shall be made as in the case of other purchases.
