218.53 - DEALERS MAY FILE ADDRESSES.

        218.53  DEALERS MAY FILE ADDRESSES.
         Jobbers or others desirous of selling supplies shall, by filing
      with the administrator in control of a state institution a memorandum
      showing their address and business, be afforded an opportunity to
      compete for the furnishing of supplies, under such rules as such
      administrator may prescribe.
