217.7 - ADMINISTRATORS OF DIVISIONS.

        217.7  ADMINISTRATORS OF DIVISIONS.
         The director may appoint an administrator of each of the
      divisions.  The administrators shall be selected on the basis of
      their particular professional qualifications, education, and
      background relative to the assigned responsibilities of their
      divisions.
