216A.78 - ADMINISTRATOR.

        216A.78  ADMINISTRATOR.
         The commission officers may designate the duties and obligations
      of the position of administrator.  The administrator may appoint such
      other personnel as may be necessary for the efficient performance of
      the duties prescribed by this part.  The administrator shall carry
      out programs and policies as determined by the commission.
