216A.166 - REVIEW OF GRANT APPLICATIONS AND BUDGET REQUESTS.

        216A.166  REVIEW OF GRANT APPLICATIONS AND BUDGET
      REQUESTS.
         Before the submission of an application, a state department or
      agency shall consult with the commission concerning an application
      for federal funding that will have its primary effect on Native
      Americans.  The commission shall advise the governor, the director of
      the department of human rights, and the director of revenue
      concerning any state agency budget request that will have its primary
      effect on Native Americans.
