216A.152 ESTABLISHMENT. A commission on the status of Iowans of Asian and Pacific Islander heritage is established consisting of nine members appointed by the governor, subject to confirmation by the senate. Members shall be appointed representing every geographical area of the state. The members of the commission shall appoint one of the members to serve as chairperson of the commission.Section History: Recent Form
