216A.13 - ORGANIZATION.

        216A.13  ORGANIZATION.
         The commission shall select from its membership a chairperson and
      other officers as it deems necessary and shall meet not less than six
      times a year.  A majority of the members of the commission shall
      constitute a quorum.
