216.15B FORMAL MEDIATION -- CONFIDENTIALITY.
1. A mediator may be designated in writing by the commission to
conduct formal mediation of a complaint filed under this chapter.
The written designation must specifically refer to this section.
2. If formal mediation is conducted by a mediator pursuant to
this section, the confidentiality of all mediation communications is
protected as provided in section 679C.108. Section History: Recent Form
