        214A.18  MTBE PROHIBITION.
         1.  A person shall not do any of the following:
         a.  Sell motor fuel containing more than trace amounts of MTBE
      in this state.
         b.  Store motor fuel containing more than trace amounts of
      MTBE in a motor fuel storage tank located in this state.
         2.  As used in this section, "trace amounts" means not more
      than one-half of one percent by volume.
