203C.10 SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
The department may issue an order to suspend or revoke the license
of a warehouse operator who violates a provision of this chapter,
including a rule adopted under this chapter, as provided in chapter
17A. If a warehouse operator fails to consent to a departmental
inspection during an inspection as provided in section 203C.2, the
department may issue an order to immediately suspend or revoke the
grain dealer's license pursuant to section 17A.18. Section History: Early Form
