199.14 - ENFORCEMENT.

        199.14  ENFORCEMENT.
         It shall be the duty of the secretary of agriculture, and the
      secretary's agents, to enforce this chapter and of the county
      attorneys and of the attorney general of the state to co-operate with
      the secretary in the enforcement of this chapter.
