182.21 - PENALTY.

        182.21  PENALTY.
         A person who willfully violates a provision of this chapter,
      willfully gives a false report, statement, or record required by the
      board, or willfully fails to furnish or render a report, statement or
      record required by the secretary is guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
