178.4 - EMPLOYEES OF COMMITTEE.

        178.4  EMPLOYEES OF COMMITTEE.
         The executive committee may employ two or more competent persons
      who shall devote their entire time, under the direction of the
      executive committee, in carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
      The salary of such persons so employed shall be set by the executive
      committee subject to the approval of the secretary of agriculture,
      and such persons shall hold office at the pleasure of the executive
      committee.
