174.7 - REFUSAL TO REMOVE OBSTRUCTIONS.

        174.7  REFUSAL TO REMOVE OBSTRUCTIONS.
         Any person owning, occupying, or using any such obstruction who
      shall refuse or fail to remove the same when ordered to do so by the
      management shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
