173.13 - EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE -- MEETINGS.

        173.13  EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE -- MEETINGS.
         The president, vice president, and secretary shall constitute an
      executive committee, which shall transact such business as may be
      delegated to it by the board.  The president may call meetings of the
      board or executive committee when the interests of the work require
      it.
