161F.3 - COMBINATION OF FUNCTIONS.

        161F.3  COMBINATION OF FUNCTIONS.
         Such districts shall have the power to combine in their functions
      activities affecting soil conservation, flood control and drainage,
      or any of these objects, singly or in combination with another.
