161A.12 STATEMENT TO DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT. On or before October 1 next preceding each annual legislative session, the division shall submit to the department of management, on official estimate blanks furnished for those purposes, statements and estimates of the expenditure requirements for each fiscal year, and a statement of the balance of funds, if any, available to the division, and the estimates of the division as to the sums needed for the administrative and other expenses of the division for the purposes of this chapter.Section History: Early Form
