        160.6  NOTICE TO TREAT, DISINFECT, REMOVE, OR
      DESTROY.
         The state apiarist shall provide a notice in writing to an owner
      of bees or bee equipment infested with contagious diseases,
      parasites, or Africanized bees to treat, disinfect, destroy, or
      remove a colony or equipment in a manner and by a time specified by
      the state apiarist in the order.
