155.13 - MISDEMEANOR.

        155.13  MISDEMEANOR.
         It shall be a serious misdemeanor for any person to act or serve
      in the capacity of a nursing home administrator unless the person is
      the holder of a license as a nursing home administrator issued in
      accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
