152B.14 - LICENSURE THROUGH EXAMINATION.

        152B.14  LICENSURE THROUGH EXAMINATION.
         The board shall issue a license to practice respiratory care to an
      applicant who has passed an examination administered by the state or
      a national agency approved by the board.
