        149.3  LICENSE.
         Every applicant for a license to practice podiatry shall:
         1.  Be a graduate of an accredited school of podiatry.
         2.  Present an official transcript issued by a school of podiatry
      approved by the board.
         3.  Pass an examination as determined by the board by rule.
         4.  Have successfully completed a residency as determined by the
      board by rule.  This subsection applies to all applicants who
      graduate from a school of podiatry on or after January 1, 1995.
