137F.18 - INJUNCTION.

        137F.18  INJUNCTION.
         A person opening or operating a food establishment or food
      processing plant in violation of this chapter may be enjoined from
      further operation of the establishment or plant.  If an imminent
      health hazard exists, the establishment or plant must cease
      operation.  Operation shall not be resumed until authorized by the
      regulatory authority.
