137.21 PENALTIES.
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or the rules
of a local board or any lawful order of said board, its officers, or
authorized agents shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor. Each
additional day of neglect or failure to comply with such provision,
rule or lawful order after notice of violation by the local board
shall constitute a separate offense. Section History: Early Form
