137.18 - DEPOSIT OF MONEYS IN FUND.

        137.18  DEPOSIT OF MONEYS IN FUND.
         All moneys received by a district for local health purposes from
      federal appropriations, from local taxation, from licenses, from fees
      for personal services, or from gifts, grants, bequests, or other
      sources shall be deposited in the health fund.  Expenditures shall be
      made from the fund on order of the district board for the purpose of
      carrying out its duties.
