137.16 - APPOINTMENT OF CITY HEALTH OFFICER.

        137.16  APPOINTMENT OF CITY HEALTH OFFICER.
         A city which is part of a county or district health department may
      appoint or designate a city health officer for the city.  The city
      health officer shall enforce the rules and regulations of the county
      or district health board within the city.
