135H.15 - PENALTY.

        135H.15  PENALTY.
         A person who establishes, operates, or manages a psychiatric
      medical institution for children without obtaining a license under
      this chapter commits a serious misdemeanor.  Each day of continuing
      violation following conviction shall be considered a separate
      offense.
