135B.29 - FEES.

        135B.29  FEES.
         All fees to be charged by the doctors for pathology and radiology
      services shall be mutually agreed upon by the hospital and the
      doctor.  In the event dispute shall arise between the parties the
      matter shall be submitted to the joint conference committee for final
      determination.
