135B.15 - PENALTIES.

        135B.15  PENALTIES.
         Any person establishing, conducting, managing, or operating any
      hospital without a license shall be guilty of a serious misdemeanor,
      and each day of continuing violation after conviction shall be
      considered a separate offense.
