135.79 - CIVIL PENALTY.

        135.79  CIVIL PENALTY.
         Any hospital or health care facility which fails to file with the
      department the financial reports required by sections 135.74 to
      135.78 is subject to a civil penalty of not to exceed five hundred
      dollars for each offense.
