135.39 - FEDERAL AID.

        135.39  FEDERAL AID.
         The state department of public health is hereby authorized to
      accept financial aid from the government of the United States for the
      purpose of assisting in carrying on public health or substance abuse
      responsibility in the state of Iowa.
